喜炎平注射液在小儿肺炎治疗中的运用价值

Value of Xi Yan Ping injection in the treatment of infantile pneumonia

目的:探讨喜炎平注射液治疗小儿肺炎的临床效果。方法:收治肺炎患儿96例,分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用常规综合治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用喜炎平注射液,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率97.92%,显著高于对照组的79.17%;患儿体温降低时间、咳嗽消失时间及肺部啰音消失时间均短于对照组。结论:喜炎平注射液治疗小儿肺炎的临床效果显著。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Xi Yan Ping injection in the treatment of infantile pneumonia.Methods:96patients with infantile pneumonia were selected.They were divided into the control group and the observation group.The controlgroup was treated with routine comprehensive treatment.The observation group was treated with Xi Yan Ping injection on thebasis of the control group.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:In the observation group,the total effectiverate of97.92%was significantly higher than79.17%of the control group;the temperature reduction time,cough disappearancetime and lung rales disappearance time were shorter than those in the control group.Conclusion:The clinical effect of Xi Yan Pinginjection in the treatment of infantile pneumonia was significant.
