超声心动图在先天性矫正型大动脉转位诊断中的价值

The value of echocardiography in the diagnosis of congenital corrected transposition of great arteries

目的:探讨超声心动图在先天性矫正型大动脉转位诊断中的作用。方法:收治成年先天性矫正型大动脉转位患者25例,观察其超声心动图特征和规律。结果:超声心动图显示,SLL型具有左前右后排列的两个环状回声,IDD型具有右前左后排列的两个环状回声。结论:成年先天性矫正型大动脉转位患者超声心动图有其特征和规律。

Objective:To investigate the role of echocardiography in the diagnosis of congenital corrected transposition of the greatarteries.Methods:25adult patients with congenital corrected transposition of the great arteries were selected.We observed thecharacteristics and rules of echocardiography.Results:Echocardiography showed that the SLL type had two circular echoes in theleft anterior and right posterior arrangement,and the IDD type had the following two circular echoes.Conclusion:Echocardiographyhas its own characteristics and rules in adult patients with congenital corrected transposition of great arteries.
