经直肠双平面腔内超声对肛瘘的诊断价值

Value of transrectal biplanar intracavity ultrasound in the diagnosis of anal fistula

目的:探讨经直肠双平面腔内超声对肛瘘及其分型的诊断价值。方法:收治经直肠双平面腔内超声诊断的肛瘘患者118例,回顾性分析其临床资料。结果:经直肠双平面腔内超声对肛瘘的诊断符合率90.7%(107/118),对肛瘘分型诊断符合率93.2%(110/118),对内口判断的准确率93.3%(112/120)。结论:经直肠双平面腔内超声对肛瘘及其分型的诊断价值显著。

Objective:To explore the diagnostic value of transrectal biplanar intracavity ultrasound in anal fistula and its types.Methods:118patients with anal fistula diagnosed by transrectal biplanar intracavity ultrasound were selected,and the clinical datawere retrospectively analyzed.Results:The diagnostic coincidence rate of transrectal biplanar intracavity ultrasound for anal fistulawas90.7%(107/118);the diagnostic coincidence rate of typing diagnosis was93.2%(110/118);the accuracy rate of internaljudgment was93.3%(112/120).Conclusion:The diagnostic value of transrectal biplanar intracavity ultrasound in anal fistula andits types was significant.
