摘要
目的:探讨重型颅脑损伤患者行去骨瓣减压术后的观察及护理。方法:收治行去骨减压术的重型颅脑损伤患者70例,强调术后观察及护理,总结治疗效果。结果:70例患者顺利完成手术,显效率70.0%(49例),有效率25.7%(18例),无效率4.3%(3例)。结论:在重型颅脑损伤患者行去骨瓣减压术后,加强临床观察与护理,可及时掌握患者病情变化,提高救治率和生存质量。
Objective:To explore the observation and nursing care of patients with severe craniocerebral injury afterdecompressive craniectomy.Methods:70patients with severe craniocerebral injury after decompressive craniectomy were selected.We emphasized postoperative observation and nursing,and summarized the treatment effect.Results:70patients successfullycompleted surgery.The markedly effective rate was70%(49cases);the effective rate was25.7%(18cases);the inefficiency rate was4.3%(3cases).Conclusion:For patients with severe craniocerebral injury after decompressive craniectomy,strengthening theclinical observation and nursing can grasp the patient's condition changes and improve the cure rate and quality of life.
