摘要
护士是医疗保健队伍的重要力量,其综合素质的高低关系到卫生服务的质量。在校高职高专护理专业学生是护理的后备力量,综合素质体现在政治思想品德素质、智力素质、心理素质、身体素质、专业素质5个方面。只有了解护理专业学生综合素质现状,才能提出行之有效的培养模式。
The nurse is an important force of the health care team.The comprehensive quality is related to the quality of healthservice.Nursing students in school of higher vocational colleges are the reserve forces of nursing,and the comprehensive quality isreflected in the ideological and political moral quality,intellectual quality,psychological quality,physical quality and professionalquality.Only by understanding the status quo of comprehensive quality of nursing students in higher vocational colleges can weput forward an effective training model.
