班主任工作对学生的思德修养、学习生活和健康成长起着非常重要的作用。通过对班主任工作的调查研究可以得出班主任师德师风、工作态度、效果现状,明晰学生对班主任的期望和要求,为进一步加强班主任队伍建设、完善管理制度提供相关数据和理论支持。

The class teacher plays a very important role in students'study,growth,life and cultivation of virtue.Through investigation and study of their work,the class teacher's ethics,work attitude,efficiency could be concluded.Hence,the study helps to learn about students'expectations and requirements of the class teacher,further strengthening the construction of teacher teamand providing relevant data and theoretical support to perfect management system.
