浅谈基层党校如何引导党员干部自觉提高党性修养

全国党校工作会议召开以来,党中央赋予基层党校更多的使命和责任,引导学员自觉提高党性修养,成为干部培训工作的重点,也是工作的难点。在教学环节中,对党史、国史的授课能让学员更加热爱我们的党、热爱我们的国家;在实践环节,开展批评和自我批评,也能让学员对自己有一个准确的定位,自觉提高其党性修养。

Since the National Party work conference,the Central Committee of the Party entrust to the grass-roots Party more mission and responsibility,and guide students to consciously improve self-cultivation,become the focus of the training of cadres and the difficulty of the work.In the process of teaching,the teaching of history,history can make students more love our Party,love our country;in practice,criticism and self-criticism,enable students to have an accurate positioning of their own,improve the Party spirit consciousness.
