摘要
对教师教学的质量评价已成为当前衡量教师教学乃至学校办学质量与水平的重要指标之一。传统的单主体为主的评教体系已不能适应完全学分制的管理模式,因而需要根据现行的完全学分制教学管理制度和高校的实际情况,对高校评教指标体系进行优化。本文应用层次分析法,科学确定教学质量评价主体,优化高校评教指标体系,以期总体提高教学效果。
Evaluation of teaching quality has become an important indicator to measure the current as well as the school's teaching quality and level.The traditional single subject quality evaluation system has been unable to adapt to the complete credit systemmanagement model,therefore,it is necessary to optimize the comprehensive evaluation system of teachers'teaching quality according to the complete credit system and the actual situation of colleges and universities.This article hopes to improve the teaching effect by using AHP to determine the quality of teaching evaluation subject and to optimize the evaluation index systemof colleges and universities.
