The Choice of "Biostatistics" Software Platform for Biomedical Engineering

《生物统计学》课程是生物医学专业的核心课程之一,但其理论性强、内容抽象、公式繁多,需要引入计算机软件平台来辅助教学。本文建议针对生物医学工程专业的特点,使用Matlab软件平台来开发生物统计学的辅助教学演示程序。本文介绍了Matlab语言的特点和统计学相关的基本函数,通过演示分析随机抽样的蒙特卡洛模拟可视化程序,明确了Matlab平台在生物统计教学中的优势。

"Biostatistics"is one of the core courses in biomedical engineering.However,as the course contains lots of formulas and hard to understand,the computer aided teaching is necessary.In this paper,we suggested in major of biomedical engineering,Matlab should be used in teaching.We introduced the characteristics of Matlab programming and the applying on biostatistics.We programmed a visualization Monte Carlo random sampling program to show the advantage of Matlab in biostatistics teaching.
