将财务会计教育专业教育改革与高等教育应用型人才培养结合,通过对"需求导向人才培养模式"的研究,结合广西财经学院财务会计教育专业人才培养的发展现状,探索一套面向广西经济发展需求的切实有效的专业会计教育人才的培养模式。

This paper combines the reform of financial accounting professional education with the high-educated applied talents training,through the research on"demand oriented training mode",combining with the current development of professional accounting personnel training in Guangxi University of Finance and Economics,to explore an effective professional accounting talent education mode which meets the need of the economic development in Guangxi.
