结合通信行业对人才的需求,提出应用型人才的培养方案,遵循"分层教学、人人成才"的教育教学理念,按照不同的出口方向设计课程,在培养方案实施过程中,注重与企业交流互动,进一步改进、完善培养方案内容和专业建设,构建以就业为导向的通信工程专业特色教学体系。

Combining with communication industry demand for talents,applied talents training scheme is presented follow the"stratified teaching,all talent"education teaching idea,according to the different outlet direction of curriculum design,in training plan implementation process,pay attention to and business interaction,to further improve and perfect training program content and specialty construction.Construction of employment oriented communication engineering specialty teaching system.
