摘要
案例教学法是一种成功应用于课堂案例分析的教学方法,在诸多法学课程的案例分析中都发挥了作用。论辩式案例教学法是一种旨在提高学生论辩思维和论辩技巧的教学方法,这种方法借鉴了当代论证理论的成熟结果,为教师引导学生进行案例分析提供了成熟的教学手段和程序性方法。
Case teaching method is a teaching method which has been successfully applied to case analysis in courses,it plays an important role in case analysis in many legal courses.Dialectical case teaching method aims to improve the dialectical thinking and argumentation skills,this method learns from the achievements of modern argumentation theory,which provides mature teaching means and procedural methods to guide the students to analyze legal cases.
