高校青年教师教学技能浅谈

Brief Discussion on Teaching Skills of Young Teachers in Universities

近年来,因招生规模的增加以及高校学科建设的需要,高校引进了大量青年教师,这些青年教师大多博士毕业或者博士后出站就直接转型为教师职业。教学技能的选择将会影响到青年教师能否将知识顺利传授给大学生。本文将以笔者几年来的教学经验为基础,对高校青年教师的教学技能做一个浅谈。

In recent years,universities have brought in a large number of young teachers,due to the significant increase of enrollment and the needs of improving college disciplines.Most of these young teachers with Ph.D or post-doctoral experience directly get their job as university teacher.The choice of teaching skills will affect the ability of young teachers to impart knowledge to college students.In this paper,I will be give a talk about teaching skills based on my years of teaching experience.
