The issues and Countermeasures of Water Safety in Guangdong Province

广东水资源总量充沛,相对于有限的用水总量存在较大盈余,但受多重因素叠加影响,水安全正面临着空间分布和降水时间两大失衡和水质性缺水、资源性缺水和洪涝灾害三大风险的双重挑战,应强化水资源调配,加大水资源保护力度,建立雨洪资源化利用体系,推广完善再生水利用体系,积极推动海绵城市建设。

Water resources are both basic natural resources and strategic socio-economic resources.Guangdong Province is the most economically developed province in China.Water safety is a major strategic issue related to the sustainable development of Guangdong Province.According to the analysis,it is found that the total amount of water resources in Guangdong Province is abundant,and there is a large surplus relative to the limited water consumption.However,due to the superposition of multiple factors,water security is facing a double Challenge such as“two imbalances”and“three risks”,on this basis,the paper puts forward five countermeasures to improve water security in Guangdong Province.
