广西:低碳型产城融合探讨

Guangxi: Exploration on the Convergence of Low-carbon City

作为中国—东盟环境合作的重要节点,广西在低碳城市建设和新能源产业发展方面都取得了一定成果。低碳型产城融合,能促进产业低碳转型和城市的可持续发展。应在设立产城融合区的基础上,完善城市系统,构建低碳型产城融合发展实施路径,从技术、规划、产业体系、政策制定及人才保障五个方面建立支撑体系。

As an important node of environmental cooperation of China-ASEAN,Guangxi has made some achievements in low-carbon city construction and new energy industry development.“Low-carbon”City-Industry Integration based on the low-carbon cities and new energy industry,can promote industrial low-carbon transformation and urban sustainable development.Therefore,the integration city should be established and the urban system should be improved,which to construct the implementation path of“Low-carbon”City-Industry Integration.And the support system to promote Guangxi“Low-carbon”City-Industry Integration should be established from technology,planning,industrial system,policy development and personnel support.
