高性能金刚砂地坪的研制

Development of high performance emery floor

采用525水泥、特种掺合料、氟硅酸锌、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、粉体聚羧酸减水剂、消泡剂、纤维素醚等原材料,制备出高性能金刚砂地坪。研究特种掺合料、氟硅酸锌、十二烷基苯磺酸钠对材料性能的影响。结果表明,525水泥34.5%,特种掺合料5%,石榴石砂60%,减水剂0.1%,消泡剂0.04%,纤维素醚0.06%,氟硅酸锌0.2%,十二烷基苯磺酸0.1%时性价比最高。其耐磨度比为330,比空白配方提升了7.1%,压痕直径为2.5mm,降低了21.9%,抗折强度为16.2MPa,提升了32.8%,抗压强度为87.5MPa,提升了5.4%,黏结强度为3.1MPa,提升了82.4%。

The high performance emery floor is prepared by using525cement,special admixture,zinc fluorosilicate,sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate,polycarboxylate superplasticizer,defoamer,cellulose ether and other raw materials.The effects of special admixtures,zinc fluorosilicate and sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate on the properties of the materials are investigated.The results show that the highest performance price ratio appears when the content of525cement is34.5%,special admixture is5%,garnet sand is60%,water reducing agent is0.1%,defoamer is0.04%,cellulose ether is0.06%,zinc fluorosilicate is0.2%,dodecyl benzene sulfonic acid is0.1%.The abrasion resistance ratio is330,whitening formula increases7.1%,indentation diameter is2.5mm,reduces21.9%,flexural strength is16.2MPa,increases32.8%,compressive strength is87.5MPa,bond strength is3.1MPa,increases82.4%.
