摘要
本文重在阐述目前流行的逆向造型与3D打印的技巧与过程。所谓逆向造型,是一种采用UG软件进行从点、线、面反求造型的方法。在此过程中,UG构面的方法、技巧选择不当会造成两个面之间产生"折痕","折痕"一旦形成,在构面时就会产生误差,从而造成实体生成失败,这意味着此次逆向造型的未能成功完成。因此,掌握逆向造型的技能技巧在3D打印过程中十分重要,成功掌握这项技能将会帮助我们在平常生活中能出色完成3D打印。
This article focuses on the current popular reverse modeling and3D printing techniques and processes.The socalled reverse modeling,is a method of using UG software from the point,line,surface reverse modeling.In this process,the choice of the method and technique of UG surface will result in the“crease”between the two surfaces”.Once the creases are formed,there will be errors in the surface,which will result in the failure of the entity.Entity failure also means that the reverse modeling failed to complete successfully.Therefore,mastering the skills of reverse modeling is very important in the process of3D printing.Mastering this skill will help us to finish the3D printing in our daily life.
