摘要
通过JTG F40-2004《公路沥青路面施工技术规范》[1](简称《规范》)要求,结合重庆地区某一级公路气候条件和热拌沥青混合料配合比设计要求,热拌沥青混合料的配合比设计通过目标配合比设计、生产配合比设计及生产配合比验证三阶段,确定沥青混合料的材料品种及配比、矿料级配、最佳沥青用量,并验证试块高温稳定性、水稳定性能。
Through the"JTG F40-2004"technical specifications for construction of highway asphalt pavement[1](referred to as"standard"),combined with the Chongqing region of the first class highway climatic conditions and hot mix asphalt mixture design,mixtureratio design through the target mix design,production mix ratio test with three stage design and production of hot mix asphalt mixture thematerial,determine the material type and proportion,gradation,optimum asphalt content of asphalt mixture,and verify the test block hightemperature stability,water stability.
