研究改进无张力疝修补术在临床中治疗腹外疝的效果

Study on effect of improved tension-free hernioplasty in clinical treatment of abdominal external hernia

目的研究改进无张力疝修补术在临床中治疗腹外疝的效果。方法 240例腹外疝患者,根据随机抽样方法分为对照组与观察组,每组120例。对照组采用传统手术方法进行修补,观察组采用改进无张力疝修补术进行治疗。观察和比较两组患者的手术指标、术后身体恢复情况、术后并发症。结果 (1)观察组肠鸣音恢复时间(16.29±3.55)h、排便时间(3.63±1.81)h、下床活动时间(2.62±1.03)d、平均手术时间(45.0±5.0)min、住院时间(6.55±0.09)d均明显短于对照组的(23.06±6.28)h、(6.00±2.33)d、(5.50±1.50)d、(60.0±9.0)min、(10.45±1.32)d,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)观察组术后并发症发生率为5.00%,低于对照组的13.33%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论改进无张力疝修补术在临床中治疗腹外疝的效果显著,可提高临床治疗效果,缩短治疗时间,减少术后并发症的发生,有利于改善预后情况,具有良好的临床应用价值。

Objective To study the effect of improved tension-free hernioplasty in clinical treatment ofabdominal external hernia.Methods A total of240abdominal external hernia patients were randomly dividedinto control group and observation group,with120cases in each group.The control group received traditionalsurgical method for repair,and the observation group received improved tension-free hernioplasty for treatment.Observation and comparison were made on operation indicators,postoperative physical recovery,postoperativecomplications in two groups.Results①the observation group had gurgling sound recovery time as(16.29±3.55)h,defecation time as(3.63±1.81)h,off-bed activity time as(2.62±1.03)d,mean operation time as(45.0±5.0)minand hospital stay time as(6.55±0.09)d,which were all obviously shorter than(23.06±6.28)h,(6.00±2.33)d,(5.50±1.50)d,(60.0±9.0)min and(10.45±1.32)d in the control group,and their difference had statisticalsignificance(P<0.05).②the observation group had lower incidence of postoperative complications as5.00%than13.33%in the control group,and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Improvedtension-free hernioplasty shows significant effect in treating abdominal external hernia,which can shortentreatment time,reduce occurrence of postoperative complications.This method helps to improve prognosticsituation,and it has good clinical application value.
