帕罗西汀配合八段锦运动疗法对抑郁症患者的临床效果观察

Observation of clinical effect by paroxetine combined with eight trigrams boxing exercise therapy for depression patients

目的观察抑郁症患者治疗时应用帕罗西汀联合八段锦运动疗法的疗效。方法 124例抑郁症患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组62例。观察组给予帕罗西汀联合八段锦治疗,对照组仅给予帕罗西汀治疗。比较两组患者治疗前、治疗1周、治疗3周、治疗6周后汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分、日常生活能力量表(ADL)评分。结果治疗前,两组患者HAMD、ADL评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组治疗1周、治疗3周、治疗6周后的HAMD评分分别为(23.5±4.2)、(15.4±3.1)、(8.2±2.2)分,均低于对照组的(30.4±4.5)、(22.1±3.6)、(15.6±2.5)分,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗1周、治疗3周、治疗6周后ADL评分均低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论抑郁症患者治疗时采用帕罗西汀与八段锦运动疗法配合方式可进一步的提升治疗效果,减轻患者抑郁程度,促进患者康复,提升患者的生活质量。

Objective To observe curative effect by paroxetine combined with eight trigrams boxingexercise therapy for depression patients.Methods A total of124depression patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with62cases in each group.The observation group received paroxetinecombined with eight trigrams boxing exercise therapy,and the control group received paroxetine alone for treatment.Comparison was made on Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)scores and activity of daily living(ADL)scoresbetween the two groups before and in1week,3weeks and6weeks after treatment.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference of HAMD and ADL scores between the two groups(P>0.05).Theobservation group had HAMD scores in1week,3weeks and6weeks after treatment respectively as(23.5±4.2),(15.4±3.1),and(8.2±2.2)points,which were all lower than(30.4±4.5),(22.1±3.6)and(15.6±2.5)pointsin the control group,and their differences all had statistical significance(P<0.05).The observation group had alllower ADL scores in1week,3weeks and6weeks after treatment than the control group,and their differences allhad statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Implement of paroxetine combined with eight trigrams boxingexercise therapy for depression patients can further improve curative effect,relieve depression degree,acceleraterehabilitation and enhance quality of life in patients.
