综合护理模式应用于心血管内科护理工作中效果观察

Observation on effect of comprehensive nursing mode applied in cardiovascular internal medicine nursing

目的探讨综合护理模式应用于心血管内科护理工作中的临床效果。方法 108例心血管内科患者,随机分为对照组和实验组,各54例。对照组给予基础护理,实验组结合常规护理措施给予综合护理模式。观察两组患者住院后的病情缓解情况及其对护理模式的满意度。结果实验组总有效率为98.1%,显著高于对照组的81.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者对护理的满意度达96.3%,高于对照组的74.1%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理模式对改善心血管疾病患者心理极为有利,且有效缓解患者的病情,结果表明护理质量好,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing mode applied incardiovascular internal medicine nursing.Methods A total of108patients in cardiovascular internal medicinewere randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with54cases in each group.The control groupreceived basic nursing,and the experimental group received conventional nursing and comprehensive nursingmode.Observation were made on remission situation and satisfaction degree for nursing mode in two groups.Results The experimental group had significantly higher total effective rate as98.1%than81.5%in the controlgroup,and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).The experimental group had higher nursingsatisfaction degree as96.3%than74.1%in the control group,and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing mode is conductive in improving mentality of patients withcardiovascular disease,and it can effectively relieve illness of patients with good nursing quality.So it is worthy ofpromotion and application.
