针对性护理用于皮肌炎伴间质性肺炎患者的效果观察

Targeted care for patients with dermatomyositis with interstitial pneumonia

目的:分析探讨应用针对性护理措施对皮肌炎伴间质性肺炎患者进行护理的临床效果,总结护理策略与应用体会。方法:选取我院于2012年12月-2015年12月收治的86例皮肌炎伴间质性肺炎患者,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组43例与对照组43例,观察组患者采用针对性护理措施,对照组患者则采用常规护理方法,对比分析两组患者的治疗效果、生活质量改善程度及对护理质量的满意度。结果:观察组患者的治疗有效率为95.34%,对照组患者的治疗有效率为83.72%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者护理前KPS评分进行比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);通过进行护理干预后,两组患者的KPS评分均有不同程度的提高,与护理前比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组与对照组患者相比,KPS评分改善的更为显著,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者对护理质量的总体满意度为97.67%,对照组对护理质量的总体满意度为81.40%,观察组显著高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对性护理措施从疾病本身出发,为患者提供有针对性的治疗及护理措施,能够有效提高患者治疗的依从性,同时也可提高患者对疾病的基本认知及预防治疗,进而有效提高了患者的治疗效果及满意度,改善患者的生活质量,具有临床推广应用价值。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of targeted nursing care in patients with dermatomyositis and interstitialpneumonia.Methods:86patients with dermatomyositis and interstitial pneumonia were were divided into observation group(43cases)and control group(43cases).Results:The effective rate was95.34%in the observation group and83.72%in the control group(P<0.05).The KPS scores of the two groups were compared before and after treatment,(P<0.05).The KPS scores of the two groups were improvedafter treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The overall satisfaction rate of nursing group was97.67%in theobservation group and81.40%in the control group,(P<0.05).Conclusion:The targeted nursing measures can effectively improve patientcompliance,but also improve the patient’s basic understanding,and thus effectively improve the quality of life of patients.
