支气管哮喘患者氧气驱动雾化吸入护理干预体会

Oxygen-driven inhalation nursing intervention on bronchial asthma

目的:探讨支气管哮喘患者氧气驱动雾化吸入护理干预效果,旨在提高临床治疗效果,为广大同仁提供方案参考。方法:于2014年3月-2016年3月,在我科室选择支气管哮喘40例患者作为研究对象,所有入选的患者均经CT、血气检查等相关检测,符合中华医学会呼吸病学分会制定的支气管哮喘相关诊断标准,将患者随机分为常规组(n=20)和干预组(n=20),给予常规组患者常规护理,给予干预组患者氧气驱动雾化吸入护理干预,比较两组患者的临床效果以及呼吸频率状况。结果:在本次研究中,干预组患者氧气驱动雾化吸入护理干预,干预组患者治疗总有效率为95.0%,常规组患者治疗总有效率为80.0%,干预组明显较高(x^2=5.192,P<0.05),差异具备统计学意义。干预组患者护理后呼吸频率为(19.1±2.8)次/min,明显低于常规组(25.9±3.1)次/min,两相比较,存在较大的差异,t=7.280,P<0.05,差异具备统计学意义。结论:在支气管哮喘患者临床治疗中,选择氧气驱动雾化吸入的同时采用护理干预方案,能有效提升患者治疗效果,改善患者呼吸频率,从而提高患者生活与工作质量,可在支气管哮喘患者中推广运用。

Objective:To investigate the nursing intervention effect of oxygen inhalation in patients with bronchial asthma.Methods:40bronchial asthma patients as the research object,were treated by CT,blood gas examination and other related testing in line with Chinesemedicine,asthma related diagnostic criteria set by the respiratory branch,the patients were randomly divided into normal group(n=20)and intervention group(n=20),the routine group were given routine nursing care,intervention group patients took oxygen atomizationInhalation nursing intervention,compared two groups of patients with clinical effect and breathing conditions.Results:in this study,patientsin the intervention group oxygen inhalation nursing intervention,intervention group patients total effective rate was95%,conventionalgroup total effective rate was80%,the intervention group was significantly higher(x2=5.192.P<0.05).The frequency of respiratory nursingintervention group patients(19.1±2.8)/min,significantly lower than the conventional group(25.9±3.1)/min,t=7.280,P<0.05.Conclusion:For bronchial asthma,oxygen inhalation and driven by nursing interventioncan improve the treatment efficacy,improve the respiratoryfrequency.
