拉伸拔罐法加定位旋转扳法治疗枕大神经卡压综合征

Treating nerve compression syndrome by the therapy of TCM massage

目的:观察拉伸拔罐法加定位旋转扳法治疗枕大神经卡压综合征的临床疗效。方法:选取2012年10月-2015年9月前往广州市中医医院同德门诊就诊的86例枕大神经卡综合征作为研究对象,在征得患者知情同意下按照就诊顺序随机分为两组各43例。对照组接受常规针刺治疗,取颈椎央脊穴、肩井穴、风池、头窍阴、脑空等穴位,采用捻转平补平泻法施针,每日1次、共治疗4次。观察组接受拉伸拔罐法加定位旋转扳法治疗,其中拉伸拔罐法以真空罐吸在左侧的斜方肌、颈项部的竖直肌所对应的表皮上,左手握住罐身稍用力向上提且不停摇摆,右手握住患者左侧的手腕部用力拉伸并借助术者前倾后仰的力度作前后摇摆,随后以同样操作方法治疗右侧,每次3~4分钟;定位旋转扳法于两名医务人员共同完成,每日1次,连续4天,共治疗4次。结果:观察组总有效率97.67%,对照组总有效率90.70%,二者相比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前两组患者VAS量表评分为(5.57±1.54)分和(6.14±1.04)分,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组VAS量表评分(1.14±0.68)分、对照组VAS量表评分(3.85±1.25)分,二者相比较,观察组数值更低且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:拉伸拔罐法加定位旋转扳法治疗枕大神经卡压综合征疗效理想。

Objective:To observe clinical effect of stretching cupping method and localized rotary pull method on occipital nerveentrapment syndrome.Methods:86patients were randomly divided into two groups,43cases in each.The observation group received thedrawing cupping method and the positioning rotary rotation method.Results:The total effective rate was97.67%in the observation groupand90.70%in the control group,(P<0.05);After the treatment,the VAS scale(1.14±0.68)and the VAS scale of the observation group(3.85±1.25)were significantly different from those in the control group(6.14±1.04),the difference was not statistically significant.Thevalue of the observation group was lower(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of stretching cupping method and localized rotary pull methodon occipital nerve entrapment syndrome is better.
