消化道恶性肿瘤患者联用参芪扶正注射液与化疗治疗的临床效果分析

Treating digestive tract malignant tumor by chemotherapy plus the Shenqi Fuzheng injection

目的:探究参芪扶正注射液与化疗治疗联合应用治疗消化道恶性肿瘤的临床效果。方法:选取我院自2015年1月-12月肿瘤科收治的恶性消化道肿瘤患者98例,随机分为化疗组和联用组,化疗组给予化疗药物治疗,联用组在给予化疗的基础上联用参芪扶正注射液,统计分析两组患者近期疗效、临床证候疗效及生存质量。结果:化疗组近期疗效方面总有效率为30.6%,联用组为67.3%;化疗组患者中医临床证候改善率为44.9%,联用组患者为81.6%;化疗组患者生存质量改善率为34.7%,联用组为69.4%;统计结果差异显著,具有统计学意义。结论:参芪扶正注射液联用化疗治疗消化道恶性肿瘤可提高化疗的临床疗效,改善患者中医临床证候并减轻不良反应,提高患者的生存质量,值得借鉴和推广。

Objective:To explore the Shenqi Fuzheng injection and chemotherapy for digestive tract malignant tumor.Methods:98patients with malignant digestive tract tumor were randomly divided into chemotherapy group and combination group,the combinationgroup took chemotherapy plus the Shenqi Fuzheng injection.Results:the short-term curative effect in the chemotherapy group totaleffective rate was30.6%,combination group is67.3%;Chemotherapy group patients clinical symptoms of TCM period was44.9%,thecombined group is81.6%;Chemotherapy group patients quality of life period was34.7%,the combination group was69.4%;Difference,statistically significant.Conclusion:The Shenqi Fuzheng injection plus chemotherapy can raise the clinical efficacy,improve clinicalsymptoms and reduce adverse reactions.
