黄连汤加味联合化疗治疗胃癌患者的临床疗效分析

Clinical analysis of treating gastric cancer with the Huanglian decoction plus chemotherapy

目的:分析黄连汤加味联合化疗治疗胃癌患者的临床疗效。方法:选取2015年7月-2016年6月收治的60例胃癌患者临床资料,根据治疗方式不同分为对照组(30例)、观察组(30例),前者给予多西他赛和卡培他滨联合化疗,后者给予加味黄连汤治疗,观察比较两组症状积分、胃液指标及不良反应。结果:对照组胃脘灼热、大便黏滞、口苦口臭、腹痛腹胀症状积分高于观察组,比较差异显著具统计意义(P<0.05);其CA19-9、CA72-4、CA125、CEA水平较观察组水平高(P<0.05);不良反应率20.0%高于观察组反应率10.0%,比较差异显著具统计意义(P<0.05)。结论:黄连汤加味辅助化疗治疗胃癌疗效显著,可有效减轻患者临床症状,稳定胃液指标,减少不良反应。

Objective:To analyze clinical effects of the Huanglian decoction plus chemotherapy on gastric cancer.Methods:60patients with gastric cancer were divided into control group(30cases)and observation group(30cases).The former was given docetaxeland kappa He Bin combined chemotherapy,the latter was added the flavored Huanglian decoction.Results:Compared with the observationgroup,the scores of epigastric burning,stool viscosity,mouth bitter odor and abdominal pain and bloating pain were significantly higherthan those in the observation group(P<0.05).The CA19-9,CA72-4,CA125and CEA(P<0.05).The adverse reaction rate was20.0%higher than that of the observation group(10.0%),(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Huanglian decoction plus chemotherapy is effective ongastric cancer,which can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms,stabilize the gastric juice and reduce the adverse reaction.
