中药调剂的配方对临床疗效的影响研究

在中医药学领域内的中药调剂就是指中药的配方,经过医师调剂的配方对患者临床疗效的影响重大。但是,随着时代的发展,尤其是20世纪中后期,人们对中药的重视度越来越低,从事中医药的研究者或者医护人员大量转行,中医药界的人才急剧减少。直到部分化学药的不良反应给人们带来的严重后果,使得人们开始关注中草药,越来越多的人更偏向中医中药治疗,也开始大量培养中医药人才。但由于中医药自身的特点,短期内培养出来的医护人员,对中药了解还不够透彻,调剂出来的配方存在诸多的问题。这些问题会直接影响患者的临床症状、疗效,甚至是加重患者的病情,更有甚者危及患者的生命安全。在本项研究中,以2014年11月-2016年11月在我院采用中药调剂的配方进行治疗的60例患者的病历资料为研究对象,根据每位患者的症状给予相应中药治疗,观察患者在服药后的临床症状,并根据症状进行调剂量、加减药,分析中药调剂中剂量、药味对配方整体的影响。

TCM medicine dispensing is refers to TCM medicine formula,after a physician dispensing formula impact on clinicalcurative effect.However,with the development of the era,especially the middle and later periods of the last century,people is higher andlower degree of attention to TCM medicine,researchers engaged in TCM medicine or medical personnel,a large number of career,talentsof TCM medicine.Until some chemical medicine adverse reactions have serious consequences for people,make people begin to payclose attention to TCM medicine,more and more people prefer the TCM treatment.In this study,in November2014to November2016in our hospital USES the medicine dispensing formula for treatment of60patients’medical records as the research object,according toeach patient’s symptoms corresponding to TCM treatment,observation of patients after taking medicine,clinical symptoms,and drugdispensing quantity,add and subtract,analysis of TCM dispensing taste dosage,the impact on the formula as a whole were reviewed asfollowed.
