加味大承气汤联合针刺治疗胃癌术后胃瘫综合征的临床疗效观察

Clinical observation on treating gastric paralysis syndrome in postoperative gastric cancer patients by acupuncture plus the Dachengqi decoction

目的:探讨加味大承气汤联合针刺治疗胃癌术后胃瘫综合征的临床疗效。方法:选取2014年1月-2015年1月我院收治的84例胃癌术后胃瘫综合征患者,按入院顺序不同分为两组,每组42例,对照组给予常规治疗,观察组给予加味大承气汤联合针刺治疗,比较两组患者临床疗效和胃瘫缓解时间。结果:观察组总有效率显著高于对照组,P<0.05;观察组胃瘫缓解时间短于对照组,P<0.05。结论:采用加味大承气汤联合针刺治疗胃癌术后胃瘫综合征患者效果显著,能快速缓解患者临床症状,提高治疗效果,值得临床推广。

Objective:To investigate clinical efficacy of acupuncture plus the Dachengqi decoction on gastric paralysis syndromein postoperative gastric cancer patients.Methods:From January2014to January2015,84patients were divided into2groups,42cases foreach.The control group was given conventional treatment;and the observation group was given acupuncture plus the Dachengqi decoction.Clinical efficacy and gastric pain relief time in two groups were compared.Results:The total efficiency in the observation group was higher,P<0.05.The duration of gastric palsy was shorter in the observation group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Acupuncture plus the Dachengqi decoctionon gastric paralysis syndrome in postoperative gastric cancer patients shows a good effect,can quickly alleviate the clinical symptoms ofpatients,improve efficiency,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
