健脾活血汤治疗脾胃虚弱型慢性胃炎128例临床分析

A clinical analysis of treating 128 cases of chronic gastritis with the Jianpi Huoxue decoction

目的:对健脾活血汤治疗脾胃虚弱型慢性胃炎患者的效果进行监测,具体观察治疗的有效率和对症状缓解的作用。方法:收集院内脾胃虚弱型慢性胃炎患者188例进行评估,将患者随机分为两组。实验组使用健脾活血汤对患者进行医治,对照组使用西药对患者进行医治。将两组患者医治1个月之后的临床表现情况进行评估和对比。结果:实验组患者治疗的总有效率高达92.2%,明显高于对照组(76.7%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。且健脾活血汤对于患者症状缓解的能力优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:健脾活血汤不仅对脾胃虚弱型慢性胃炎患者治疗的有效率高,对患者症状缓解的作用也明显,是临床治疗脾胃虚弱型慢性胃炎的理想选择。

Objective:To observe effects of the Jianpi Huoxue decoction on chronic gastritis.Methods:188patients were randomlydivided into two groups;the experimental group received the Jianpi Huoxue decoction;the control group took western medicine.Results:The total effective rate was92.2%in the experimental group,significantly higher than76.7%in the control group,(P<0.05).And the abilityof symptoms relieving with Jianpi Huoxue decoction was better(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Jianpi Huoxue decoction is not only effective onchronic gastritis but also on symptom relief.
