涤痰定眩汤治疗内耳眩晕症的临床效果分析

An analysis of treating auditory vertigo with the Ditan Dingxuan decoction

目的:探讨涤痰定眩汤应用于内耳眩晕症的临床治疗效果,为临床应用提供参考依据。方法:选取2014年1月-2016年1月所收治内耳眩晕症患者76例,随机分为研究组和对照组。研究组38例,给予涤痰定眩汤,并根据患者自身病情症状辨证加减;对照组38例,仅给予盐酸氟桂利嗪。比较两组患者临床疗效,并记录其不良反应发生情况。结果:研究组采用涤痰定眩汤治疗后,显效23例、有效12例、无效仅3例,临床总有效率为92.1%,显著优于对照组的12例、14例、12例及68.4%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组采用涤痰定眩汤治疗后,仅发生1例消化道反应,不良反应发生率为2.63%;对照组患者中,出现3例嗜睡、2例不自主运动及4侧消化道反应,不良反应发生率为23.68%。组间比较,P<0.05。结论:涤痰定眩汤应用于内耳眩晕症临床治疗中,临床疗效肯定,不良反应少,用药安全性较高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of the Ditan Dingxuan decoction on auditory vertigo,and provide referencefor clinical application.Methods:76cases were randomly divided into the study group and control group.The study group was given theDitan Dingxuan decoction;the control group was given flunarizine hydrochloride.The clinical efficacy in two groups were compared,and adverse reactions were recorded.Results:In the study group,23cases were markedly effective,effective in12cases,invalid in only3cases.The total clinical efficiency was92.1%,significantly better than the control group(12cases,14cases,12cases and68.4%)(P<0.05).In the study group,1cases was suffered from gastrointestinal reaction,and the rate was2.63%;in the control group,3cases were sufferedfrom drowsiness,2cases of involuntary movement and4cases of gastrointestinal reaction,and the rate was23.68%(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Ditan Dingxuan decoction was effecive on auditory vertigo,with fewer adverse reactions and higher safety,and is worthy of clinicalapplication.
