半夏白术天麻汤联合通窍活血汤治疗急性脑梗塞疗效观察

Clinical observation on treating acute cerebral infarction with the Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction plus the Tongqiao Huoxue decoction

目的:分析研究半夏白术天麻汤联合通窍活血汤治疗急性脑梗塞的临床效果。方法:选取2014年10月-2015年11月在我院治疗的急性脑梗塞患者100例,随机分成对照组和试验组,各50例,对照组仅予依达拉奉及常规治疗治疗,试验组在对照组基础上给予半夏白术天麻汤联合通窍活血汤疗法,分析比较两组的临床疗效及满意度情况。结果:试验组临床总有效率(98.0%)远远高于对照组(82.0%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且试验组的总满意度远远高于对照组,存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:针对急性脑梗塞症状采用半夏白术天麻汤联合通窍活血汤治疗的临床效果较佳,满意度较高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To study clinical effects of the Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction plus the Tongqiao Huoxue decoction on acutecerebral infarction.Methods:100patients were randomly divided into the control group and experimental group.The control group wastreated by routine therapy and edaravone.The experimental group took the Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction plus the Tongqiao Huoxuedecoction more.Results:The total efficiency(98.0%)in the experimental group was significantly higher than82.0%in the control group,P<0.05;and the total satisfaction in the experimental group was much higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoctionplus the Tongqiao Huoxue decoction on acute cerebral infarction is better,and the satisfaction is higher.
