温阳利水法治疗肾病综合症疗效观察

Clinical observation on treating nephrotic syndrome by the Wenyang Lishui therapy

目的:观察温阳利水法治疗肾病综合征的临床疗效。方法:选择94例肾病综合征的患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,各47例。对照组患者用糖皮质激素治疗;观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用中医温阳利水法治疗。结果:对照组疾病有效率为74.5%,观察组疾病有效率为93.6%,两组疾病有效率比较,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:温阳利水法治疗肾病综合征的临床效果显著。

Objective:To observe clinical effects of the Wenyang Lishui therapy on nephrotic syndrome.Methods:94patients wererandomly divided into the control group and observation group(n=47).The patients in the control group were treated with glucocorticoid;the observation group was treated in TCM more.Results:The total efficiency was74.5%in the control group and93.6%in the observationgroup(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Wenyang Lishui therapy on nephrotic syndrome showed significant clinical effects.
