探讨清热解毒汤治疗肠胃湿热型痤疮效果

An effective analysis of treating acne of the Weichang Shire type with the Qingre Jiedu decoction

目的:分析清热解毒汤治疗肠胃湿热型痤疮的临床治疗效果。方法:收集2014年1月-2015年6月我院收治的68例肠胃湿热型痤疮患者为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组与对照组,观察组给予清热解毒汤治疗,对照组给予常规西药治疗,对比分析两组患者临床治疗效果。结果:观察组总有效率为94.12%,对照组总有效率为70.59%,两组数据差异显著(P<0.05);且两组患者均无严重不良反应发生。结论:清热解毒汤治疗肠胃湿热型痤疮的临床治疗效果显著,建议在临床上推广。

Objective:To analyze clinical effects of the Qingre Jiedu decoction on acne of the Weichang Shire type.Methods:A totalof68patients who were enrolled in our hospital from January2014to June2015were randomly divided into the observation group andcontrol group.The observation group was given the Qingre Jiedu decoction;and the control group was given routine western medicine.Clinical efficacy in the groups were compard and analyzed.Results:The total efficiency was94.12%in the observation group and70.59%in the control group.There was no significant difference between the groups(P<0.05).There was no serious adverse reaction in the groups.Conclusion:The Qingre Jiedu decoction is effective on acne of the Weichang Shire type,and should be popularized clinically.
