手法结合中药治疗膝骨性关节炎的实验研究

A study on treating knee osteoarthritis by TCM manipulation plus medicine

目的:观察手法结合中药对预防实验性家兔膝关节骨性关节炎进展的影响,探讨其防治膝骨性关节炎的作用机制。方法:选用健康家兔34只,随机分为空白对照组(A组)10只,模型对照组(B组)12只,综合治疗组(C组)12只,综合治疗组采取手法结合中药灌胃进行治疗。结果:经2个疗程治疗,综合治疗组各项指标明显优于空白对照组和模型对照组,与治疗前比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:手法结合中药能有效降低关节冲洗液中炎性因子水平,减少对关节软骨持续性破坏,防止关节软骨的退变。

Objective:To observe effects of TCM manipulation plus medicine on knee osteoarthritis in experimental rabbits,and toexplore its mechanism of prevention and treatment.Methods:34healthy rabbits were randomly divided into the blank control group(Agroup,n=10),model control group(B group,n=12)and comprehensive treatment group(C group,n=12).The comprehensive treatmentgroup was given manipulation plus medicine.Results:After treatment for2courses,the indexes in the comprehensive treatment groupwere significantly better than those in the blank control group,model control group and before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:TCMmanipulation plus medicine can effectively reduce the level of inflammatory factors in joint rinse fluid and the continuous destruction ofarticular cartilage,prevent from the degeneration of articular cartilage.
