摘要
中医药在酒精性肝病(ALD)中的诊治逐渐增多,并取得了显著的成效,为分析中医药在治疗ALD中的组方用药规律,探讨中医治法的特点,本文收集近年来中医药治疗ALD的临床文献19篇,并统计和分析用药的类别、频次。通过分析发现,目前中医治疗ALD的用药可分为活血化瘀药、利水渗湿药、清热药、理气药、补气药、化湿药、解酒药、解表药、化痰药,其中丹参、郁金、茯苓、茵陈、柴胡、葛花、白术等是治疗ALD的常用药。统计中还发现,衡量治疗有效率的指标为现代医学指标,对中医药治疗ALD的物质基础并未作出相应评述。
TCM has been used on ALD more and more,and marked results were achieved.To analyze the medication rule,19paperswere collected and the medication categories and frequency were counted.According to statistics,the medication categories can be dividedinto Huoxue Huayu,Lishui Shenshi,Qingre,Liqi,Buqi,Huashi,Jiejiu Jiebiao,Huatan medicine.In addition,Danshen,Yujin,Fuling,Yinchen,Chaihu,Gehua and Baizhu were the common medicine.In addition,efficiency is the modern medical indications and the materialbase for treating ALD in TCM has not been mentioned.
