单硝酸异山梨酯缓释片联合二参田七瓜蒌汤治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床探讨

A study on treating angina pectoris from CHD with isosorbide mononitrate sustained release tablets plus the Ershen Tianqi Gualou decoction

目的:探讨单硝酸异山梨酯缓释片联合二参田七瓜蒌汤治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床效果。方法:选择2013年5月—2016年5月我院收治的160例冠心病心绞痛患者作为研究对象,将患者分为对照组与观察组,所有患者均应用单硝酸异山梨酯缓解片治疗,观察组另辅以二参田七瓜蒌汤治疗,比较两组患者心电图变化和临床效果。结果:观察组心电图变化情况、心绞痛改善情况均优于对照组。结论:冠心病心绞痛患者应用中西医结合治疗效果显著,可明显缓解临床症状,具有较高的推广价值。

Objective:To explore clincial efficacy of isosorbide mononitrate sustained release tablets plus the Ershen Tianqi Gualoudecoction on angina pectoris from CHD.Methods:160cases were divided into two groups.All patients were given isosorbide mononitratesustained release tablets.The observation group took the Ershen Tianqi Gualou decoction more.Results:The electrocardiogram and anginawere improved more in the observation group.Conclusion:Isosorbide mononitrate sustained release tablets plus the Ershen Tianqi Gualoudecoction on angina pectoris from CHD was effecitve,by improving clincal symptoms,and is worthy of promotion.
