慢性心力衰竭是心血管疾病患者终末期的表现和最主要的死因,是21世纪心血管领域的两大挑战之一,据我国2013年的抽样调查,成人心衰患病率为0.9%,随着年龄的增加,心衰患病率迅速增加,70岁以上人群患病率更上升至10%以上。其发病率高,5年存活率与恶性肿瘤相似,4年死亡率达50%,严重心衰患者1年死亡率高达50%。临床实践证明,单纯使用西药治疗慢性心力衰竭疗效不佳,而中西医结合治疗常能取得较好的疗效,尤其是合理、恰当的应用益气活血类的中药黄芪,则疗效更显著。

Chronic heart failure is the end stage of cardiovascular disease and the most important cause of death.It is one of twochallenges in the cardiovascular field in the21st century.According to the sample survey of China in2013,the prevalence rate of adult heartis0.9%.With the increase in age,the prevalence of heart failure increased rapidly;the prevalence of people over the age of70rose to morethan10%.Because of high incidence,5-year survival rate and malignant tumors were similar;4-year mortality rate was50%;mortality ratein severe heart failure patients with1year was50%.Clinical practice has proved that western medicine on treating chronic heart failure iseffective,and the integrative medicine can often achieve better efficacy,especially with reasonable and appropriate application of the YiqiHuoxue medicine,such as Huangqi.
