摘要
目的:观察八珍汤加减对治疗维持性血液透析患者透析中低血压的疗效。方法:入选规律血液透析低血压的患者。给予煎服八珍汤,50ml/次,每日1次,连续1个月。观察治疗前后连续1个月透析中低血压发生率。结果:试验组患者透析中低血压的发生率较治疗前明显下降(P<0.05)。结论:八珍汤能减少患者低血压的发生率。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the Bazhen decoction on hypotention during haemodialysis.Methods:Hypotention patients in haemodialysis were given the Bazhen decoction,50ml per day,for1month.Results:Hypotention is significantlylower after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Bazhen decoction can eliminate the frequency of hypotention during haemodialysis.
