中西医结合法治疗胆汁反流性胃炎的临床疗效

Clinical efficacy of the integrative medicine on bile reflux gastritis

目的:探讨中西医结合法治疗胆汁反流性胃炎的临床疗效。方法:选取我院收治的胆汁反流性胃炎患者67例进行统计分析,随机分为对照组33例和观察组34例,对照组患者予以常规西医治疗,观察组患者实施中西医结合法治疗,观察两组患者的治疗效果,进行临床对照性分析。结果:对照组总有效率为69.7%,观察组总有效率为94.1%,观察组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);对照组不良反应发生率为27.3%,观察组不良反应发生率为6.0%,观察组不良反应发生情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合法治疗胆汁反流性胃炎的临床疗效好,值得在临床实践中推广应用。

Objective:To explore clinical effects of the integrative medicine on bile reflux gastritis.Methods:67cases wererandomly divided into the control group(n=33)and observation group(n=34).The patients in the control group were treated withconventional western medicine.The patients in the observation group were treated in TCM.Results:The total efficiency in thecontrol group was69.7%,and94.1%in the observation group(P<0.05).The adverse reaction was27.3%in the control group,and6.0%in the observation group(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly better than thatin the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The integrative medicine on bile reflux gastritis showed good clinical efficacy,is worthyof promotion and application in clinic.
