摘要
目的:通过中医辨证论治与西药治疗反流性食道炎患者,比较治疗效果,总结治疗心得体会。方法:使用中医药治疗的设为治疗组(65例),西药治疗的设为对照组(63例)。结果:中医药辨证论治效果均优于西药治疗。结论:中医药辨证论治反流性食道炎,可改善症状、提高患者生活质量,效果肯定。
Objective:To compare effects of TCM syndrome differentiation and western medicine on reflux esophagitis;then theexperience of treatment were summed up.Methods:65cases in the treatment group were given TCM medicine;the control group(63cases)was treated in western medicine.Results:The efficacy in the treatment group was better than that in the control group.Conclusion:TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment reflux esophagitis can improve symptoms,improve the quality of life,with positive results.
