针刀辅以泻血疗法治疗KOA的临床研究

Clinical efficacy of acupotomy plus the Xiexue therapy on KOA

目的:评估针刀松解辅以泻血疗法对膝关节骨性关节炎患者的临床疗效。方法:随机选取2015年9月—2016年9月在江西省中医院骨科门诊就诊的膝关节骨性关节炎患者86例。随机分为两组,每组43例。治疗组采用针刀配合泻血疗法治疗,对照组采用电针配合膝关节腔玻璃酸钠注射治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后膝关节疼痛和功能变化情况。结果:治疗组总有效率为93.0%,对照组为86.0%。对照组VAS、膝关节功能评分低于治疗组(P<0.05)。结论:针刀松解辅以泻血疗法医治膝关节骨性关节炎的疗效肯定,安全性高,值得在临床上进一步推广。

Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of acupotomy plus the Xiexue therapy on patients with knee osteoarthritis.Methods:86patients with osteoarthritis of the knee were randomly selected from the Department of Orthopedics,Jiangxi ProvincialHospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September15,2015to September20,2015.All patients were randomly divided into2groups,43cases for each.The treatment group was treated by acupotomy and the Xiexue therapy;and the control group was treated byelectroacupuncture plus sodium hyaluronate injection.The pain and function of the knee joint before and after treatment were compared.Results:The total efficiency was93.0%in the treatment group and86.0%in the control group.The VAS and knee function scores in thecontrol group were lower than those in the treatment group;the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Needle knifeplus the Xiexue therapy on knee osteoarthritis shows a certain effect,is safe,and worthy of further clinical research and promotion.
