摘要 本文提出一种提高火电厂输煤火车车厢编号识别可靠性和准确率的方法,它在原有的RFID射频识别装置的基础上,加装计算机视觉识别装置,建立并行识别系统。当火车通过轨道衡时,在RFID识别的同时,由相机获取图像,并由计算机程序对图片进行预处理、定位、分割以及识别,最后通过所设定的规则融合RFID和视觉识别的结果。实验表明该方法可以显著提高车厢编号识别的准确率和可靠性。 This paper presents a method to improve the reliability and accuracy of the recognition train coding number for coal transport in the thermal power plant.By adding a computer vision recognition device and combining with the original RFID radio frequency recognition device,a parallel recognition system is established.When the train passes,the carriage images are acquired by camera,and the images are preprocessed,positioned,segmented and recognized by the computer vision system.Then the results of RFID and vision system are fused according to the decision rules.Experiment result shows that this method can improve the accuracy and reliability of carriage number recognition.
