Advances on minimally invasive interventional treatment of venous disease

静脉疾病在外周血管疾病中占比较大,发病率逐年上升。若得不到及时治疗,将会出现外周组织肿胀、色素沉着及溃疡等,如发生在重要器官的静脉系统,可能危及生命。静脉疾病传统的治疗方法主要是保守治疗或开放性手术治疗。随着微创介入的发展,静脉许多病变可以得到更好的诊断及治疗。本文对现代静脉微创介入的发展历程进行回顾。

Venous disease is a common peripheral vascular disease,with its incidence rate seen on the rise every year.Without timely diagnosis and treatment,some serious conditions,such as peripheral tissue swelling,pigmentation,ulcers,will follow.If it occurs in the venous system of critical organs,life will be in danger.Traditional treatment for venous disease is mainly conservative treatment or open surgery.With the development of minimally invasive interventional,venous disease is getting better and prompt diagnosis and treatment.This article will review the development of current minimally invasive interventional strategies in the treatment of venous disease.
