世界竞技体育强国的实践表明:青少年训练体系是竞技体育发展的重要基石。青训体系是一个非常庞大而复杂的系统,涉及到选材、训练、竞赛、管理等几大领域和若干环节,该文通过查阅青少年选材与培养的相关论文文献,分析我国现在足球运动青训中存在的问题并且给出个人建议。

The practice of athletic sports world powers showed that youth training system is the important cornerstone of the development of competitive sports.System is a very large and complex system,involves the selection,training,competition,management and so on several big areas and a number of links,in this article,through the teenagers selection and training of relevant paper documents,analyzes the problems existing in the current football teenagers training in China,and gives some personal suggestions.
