该文主要通过文献资料法、问卷调查法与统计分析法,对广东省2013年以前毕业的所有排球方向硕士研究生的现有工作情况等相关方面展开调研,从研究生个人、培养单位、用人单位3个层面来探讨影响当前就业形势的成因,并尝试提出切合实际情况的建议与对策。

This paper mainly through the literature data method,questionnaire survey method and statistical analysis method,the investigation of Guangdong Province in2013before graduation all graduate students volleyball direction and other related aspects of existing work,from the graduate training units,individuals,with three levels of units to investigate the impact of the causes of the current employment situation,and try to put forward some suggestions and Countermeasures to meet the actual situation.
