优势视角下香港“夜青”成因机制及对策分析

Formation Mechanism and Countermeasures of Hong Kong's Young Night Drifters——Based on Strength Perspective

引入优势视角勾勒当前香港"夜青"的宏观境遇,从理论而言是对用优势视角分析青年问题的学术回应,从实际而言是对当前"夜青"面临的问题进行再思考的重要思索与知识储备。优势视角关注的是案主的优势和资源,而不是病理和问题。依据优势视角的作用机制对香港"夜青"的个人优势和环境优势进行了解读。只有了解"夜青"的成因,才能理解其行动逻辑。根据Lee的思想建构了"夜青"成因机制模型。最后,提出消除"推力"和淡化"拉力",以期为"夜青"的健康成长带来有益启发和积极影响。

The paper tried to analyze the macro situation of Young Night Drifters(YNDs) in the theoretical perspective of Strength Perspective. By doing this, we wanted to make an academic response to the trend of 'analysis of youth problems based on Strength Perspective'; meanwhile we also tried to develop a different angle to rethink some specific issues on the problem of YNDs. Strength Perspective is an important perspective in social work, and it is concerned the case of the main strengths and resources, rather than pathology and problems. The paper analyzed YNDs' personal and environmental advantages based on Strength Perspective. We only know the causes of them, to understand the logic of their actions, and therefore make a mechanism model based on Lee's thoughts. Finally, the paper proposed to eliminate the'thrust'and dilute the'pull'of the proposal, to offer beneficial inspiration and positive impact for YNDs.
