摘要
本文在焓差法空调器性能实验台上对一个汽车空调用平行流蒸发器的结霜过程进行了实验研究。在不同进风温度、进风相对湿度和风速等环境参数下,分析了蒸发器的翅片霜层厚度、结霜量、制冷量和空气压降随结霜时间的变化规律。结果表明不同环境参数对平行流蒸发器结霜的影响有较大差别,而且霜层生长规律与蒸发压力的变化密切相关。
The experiment on an enthalpy-difference test bench to investigate the frosting process of a parallelflow evaporator used in vehicle air-conditioner is conducted.The variations of frost thickness,frost amount,refrigerating capacity and air pressure drop on the evaporator with different frosting time are studied under theconditions of different inlet air temperature,relative humidity and wind speed.The results show that,differentenvironmental parameters have distinct effect on frosting,and the frost layer growth rule was closely related to thechange of evaporating pressure.
