湖南农村闲置宅基地调查与分析

Survey and Analysis on Rural Vacant Homestead Land in Hunan Province

调查了湖南省4个地区的闲置宅基地面积超标、旧宅闲置、宅基地利用情况及住房建筑选址因素等,探讨了湖南农村闲置宅基地产生原因,提出了闲置宅基地处理的对策和建议:完善宅基地流转退出模式,加强农村异地扶贫政策工作,健全宅基地流转入市制度,加强法律法规宣传,发展农村产业,利用网路平台出租闲置宅基地。

Through four areas of Hunan Province idle homestead of on-the-spot investigation and questionnaire survey,in view of thebasic situation of idle land,population factor,the use present situation,construction factor,economic level development and so on situationwas analyzed,and discussed the causes of Hunan rural idle land idle land disposal countermeasures and suggestions were put forward:improving the exit of land circulation mode,strengthening rural different policy for poverty alleviation work,improving the land circulationmarket system,strengthening the law publicity,developing rural industry,and renting out idle homestead by using the Internet platform.
