恩施硒茶中儿茶素含量测定

Determination of Catechin in Enshi Selenium Tea

以不同企业生产的恩施硒茶为供试材料,采用高效液相色谱法检测分析3种主要儿茶素成分含量。结果表明:恩施硒茶中儿茶素含量为94.9~147.8 mg/g,平均含量为122.5 mg/g,儿茶素品质指数为539~1 234,平均值为856。不同企业生产的恩施硒茶中儿茶素的含量差别较大,儿茶素品质指数也高低不一,且儿茶素品质指数与儿茶素总含量不呈比例关系,需要根据恩施硒茶的开发目的选育实用的茶树品种。

The content of3main catechins in Enshi Selenium Tea from different enterprises were determined by high performance liquidchromatography(HPLC).The results showed that the content of catechin in Enshi Selenium Tea was94.9~147.8mg/g,the mean contentwas122.5mg/g,the catechin quality index was539~1234,with an average value856.Catechins in Enshi Selenium Tea had significantdifference from different enterprises,and catechin quality index was also different.There was no proportionate relationship betweencatechin quality index and total catechin content.It is necessary to select the practical tea varieties according to the purpose.It is need toselect practical tea tree varieties according to the development purpose of Enshi tea.
