摘要 通过对离子色谱法和离子选择电极法检出限、精密度、准确度及加标回收率的比较,并借助PASW statistics13统计学软件对两种方法的测定结果进行了T检验,分析了两种不同检测方法对测定水中氯化物的优缺点,为水中氯化物的检测方法的选择提供了参考依据,同时为环境保护部门现场执法提供了实验依据. In order to select the best detection method of chloride in water,a comparison of ion chromatography method with ion selective electrode method in the detection of chlorides in water has been carried out via the analysis of detection limit,precision,accuracy and standard addition recovery rate and the assistance of statistical software PASW statistics13for the T.The advantages and disadvantages of two different test methods of chloride in water are described and discussed,the differences of the two methods compared,and the better results obtained,which provides some references to choose the detection method of chlorides in water.At the same time,it provides the experimental basis for the law enforcement of environmental protection department.
